BMP Banquet Room

This space is the largest single room in the Clubhouse. The beautiful bay windows offer a panoramic view of the park, including the large outdoor terrace and pergola. Special features include complimentary up-lighting, adjustable chandelier, spotlighting, and in-house audio-visual equipment. Adjoining rooms can be combined with this space to accommodate additional guests and/or displays. These options make the Banquet Room a great choice for larger events such as wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, workshops, and company meetings/seminars.

BMP Cedar Room

Tucked away in a quiet back corner of the clubhouse, the Cedar room is the second largest event space. Guests will enjoy traditional aesthetics including tile flooring, brick walls, and brown columns. This space is often combined with the screened porch, providing guests with both an indoor and outdoor experience.

This room is a perfect add-on for larger events using the Banquet or Lake room. Often used for food, beverage, and bar displays, the Oak room can also accommodate a dance floor or additional guest tables. BMP Screened Porch

The Porch is an enclosed, screened-in area, complete with five large white picnic tables (seats 12 each) and 12 large white rocking chairs. The wonderful sounds of nature, in addition to the small terrace and abundance of open field space, make this Spring & Fall favorite an excellent setting for indoor picnics, family reunions, kids’ birthday parties, and informal business gatherings. Looking for indoor shelter space? Just combine the Porch with the Guilford room, Cedar room, or Lake room for a break-out area, food displays, etc.

BMP Training Room

This space is complete with bright lights, warm carpet, and brown columns. This smaller event space is a favorite for small corporate events such as business meetings, trainings, and seminars, along with social gatherings like birthday parties, baby showers, and bridal showers. It is also included in our wedding package as a bridal suite.

BMP Wedding Package

All weddings of 75-200 people. Includes Banquet & Triple Crown, Oak & Lake rooms with training room for dressing (if available) and use of the large terrace for a ceremony if desired. Includes clean-up fee, host fee, use of kitchen, ice, parking, TVs, easels, free wifi, and all tables and chairs set up. Also includes the weekday before if available, 8 a.m. -5 p.m. only for set up, drop-offs, and rehearsal. Does not include tablecloths, outdoor chairs, decorations, food, alcohol, or a bartender.

HSP ARC Building

The Camp Joy Event Center serves as the ideal setting for smaller gatherings such as weddings, business functions, and family events. The facility offers exclusive use of the building for your gathering. The facility will accommodate up to 86 people. Tables and chairs are included with each rental and can be arranged to meet the needs of your group. We do not provide table linens. A small kitchen is available for warming foods. The facility is heated, cooled, and has a fireplace to add a central point. This space is available for designated time blocks of 4, 6 or 8 hours between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

HSP Chapel

This facility will accommodate 36 people seated. Outside the Chapel, the porch has the ability to accommodate larger services and outdoor ceremonies. The Chapel is equipped with heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. This space is available for designated 8-hour time blocks between 9 am- 8 pm. Rental of the chapel offers exclusive use of the building and the surrounding grounds. Chairs may be rented for outdoor services through private rental companies.

NEP Event Center

The Meeting & Event Center serves as the ideal setting for weddings, business functions, and family gatherings of all sizes. The Banquet Room measures 2400 square feet and offers the luxury of exclusive use of the building and surrounding property for your gathering. Rental of the facility includes the beautiful garden gazebo, wrap-around porch, parking area, and restrooms. The high ceilings feature natural wood beams and the large windows offer picturesque views of the park. The kitchen includes a warming oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, and spacious counter space. One truly has to visit the Meeting & Event Center in order to appreciate all it has to offer.
